The History

COICIO™ is a property technology innovator, based in Palo Alto, backed by sophisticated technology and solid partnerships. COICIO™ first started by delivering technologies for the property industry. The first COICIO™ delivered technology was the COICIO™ Property Wallet, which helped Realtors, Brokers and Property Professionals keep track of their listings and online marketing presence. 

Since delivering the Property Wallet, COICIO™ was expanded to provide a platform for Realtors and businesses alike to help manage their presence on social media and content management platforms like YouTube and Pinterest. The decision to expand COICIO™ to a platform for promotion eventually resulted in the delivery of the worlds first property-focused OTT platform, now known as Property TV. 

Since the extremely successful launch of Property TV, COICIO™ opened COICIO™ as a vertical platform for all verticals to launch their own OTT solutions.

COICIO™ OTT

The COICIO™ OTT is a platform that allows for verticals to create their self-service OTT solution. The platform has the ability for multiple users to create custom TV Channels, TV Shows and TV Categories, whereby viewers can subscribe, follow and engage with TV Shows.
